This month, we're excited to introduce Chef Natalie Evans from We Be JAMin' Bakery & Chef Carlington Noble
We Be JAMin' Bakery is a bakery concept that offers baked goods and jams that introduce a fusion of new and exciting flavors. Chef Carlington Noble is the former chef of Green Coconut Tree in Lakewood, WA and is currently developing a Jamaican Food Truck concept called Bwoy Dayz featuring traditional Jamaican specialties.

Together, they are turning to their Caribbean roots for this tasty 3-course dinner, which features favorite foods from their childhood.

Mannish Water (Goat Soup) df
jamaica's famous aphrodisiac! chopped goat meat, tripe, green banana, jamaican yellow yam, carrot, turnip, fresh thyme and dumpling spinners

ENTREE (choose one)
both entrees served with rice & peas, cabbage carrot sauté and fried sweet plantains

Jerk Pork df gf
prepared jamaican style – marinated overnight with a hot spice mixture including pimento (allspice) and scotch bonnet peppers, then slow-smoked and roasted

Brown Stew Chicken df gf
tender jamaican stewed chicken with vegetables and aromatic spices in a flavorful brown gravy
