These long, traditional noodles of Emilia-Romagna are versatile and easy to cook. In Romagna, they are typically enjoyed with ragu bolognese but are also simply delightful tossed with our truffle butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

All of our pastas are made fresh by hand at la Spiga and then frozen for ultimate freshness.
