Our current seasonal selection is Tortelli agli Asparagi (vegetarian) -- asparagus-filled green tortelli, lemon butter, and formaggio di fossa sheep’s milk cheese. We suggest tossing the tortelli with Urbani Truffle Butter or butter enhanced with lemon zest and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano for an especially decadent dish.
