Seasonal Tortelli


Our current seasonal selection is Tortelli ai Asparagi (vegetarian) -- tortelli filled with asparagus and ricotta. We suggest tossing the tortelli with butter and lemon, and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano for an especially decadent dish.

All of our pastas are made fresh by hand at la Spiga and then frozen* for ultimate freshness.

 Sold by the pound: 1 pound serves 2-4 people
