Seasonal Tortelli


Our current seasonal selection is Tortelli ai Porcini (vegetarian) -- tortelli filled with porcini mushrooms and ricotta. We suggest tossing the tortelli with truffle butter for an especially decadent dish.

All of our pastas are made fresh by hand at la Spiga and then frozen for ultimate freshness.

 Sold by the pound: 1 pound serves 2-4 people

Pasta ingredients: all-purpose flour, semolina, eggs, salt, extra virgin olive oil
Filling ingredients: porcini mushrooms, ricotta cheese, parmigiano reggiano, salt, pepper
