Our current seasonal selection is Tortelli ai Porcini (vegetarian) -- tortelli filled with porcini mushrooms and ricotta. We suggest tossing the tortelli with Urbani Truffle Butter, sautéed wild mushrooms, and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano for an especially decadent dish.
