Join us for a scrumptious brunch featuring Mexican-inspired "concha French toast" prepared by guest chef Karen Sandoval of Bakescapade. The brunch will also feature amazing Boon Boona Coffee.
Karen is a gifted pastry chef who has made her mark in the culinary world with her passion for baking and her love of authentic Mexican sweets. Among other pursuits, she dedicated herself to mastering the art of making authentic Pan Dulce, with a special focus on the beloved Concha.

vanilla/canela concha base, bananas, mango compote and crème fraîche, served with a side of tres leches soak and toasted walnuts
Berry Concha French Toast con Crema
strawberry concha base, roasted berry/blood orange compote, lechera crème fraîche, fresh berries
Brunch served with Boon Boona coffees and espresso, included in the ticket price.
