Virtual Mezcal Tasting Class & Dinner 
You'll gain a new appreciation for Mezcal as Mezcalier Yesenia Pimentel guides you through this engaging, in depth, 1 1/2 hour comprehensive course. The class includes tasting four different Mezcals with intriguing pairings, such as grasshopper sea salt on orange slices, and apples slices with dehydrated coffee. After the class, you can enjoy the delicious and perfectly paired takeout dinner from Chef Ana Sainz.

MASTER MEZCALIER YESENIA PIMENTEL & CHEF ANA SAINZ
Yesenia Pimentel is a master Mezcalier—essentially a Mezcal sommelier. Her 2-year training period involved theory, written exams, and hand-on Mezcal tasting and production, from Mexico City to Oaxaca.

Ana Sainz is the Marketing Lead for Content and Projects, as well as the Culinary and Community Events Specialist at Metropolitan Market. She is also a recipe developer and culinary instructor, and loves to share her passion for the richness of Mexican gastronomy through cooking classes. Ana co-created the food business incubator, a 12-week program on how to start your own food business and collaborated with renowned restaurant consultants in the area.
