Chef Sabrina Tinsley is passionate about the food--and food culture--of Italy's Emilia Romagna region. After spending several years there, she knew that she wanted to bring the flavors and traditions from this bountiful region to Seattle. She is very particular about keeping it authentic and using the freshest, highest quality, seasonal ingredients--whether imported from Italy, or procured from local vendors.  All pastas, sauces and desserts are fresh and made from scratch.  view full bio »
