Bar Manager/Sommelier

With a passion for hospitality and a thirst for knowledge, Dominic has worked almost every aspect of the service industry since he was a teenager (dishwasher, fry cook, barista, cheese monger, bouncer, bartender, and more!). Along the way, he fell in love with the proper Italian way of eating and drinking. From the food to the wine to the amari to the grappa, he loves it all. Dominic is a Certified Italian Wine Scholar, and as la Spiga’s Bar Manager, his goals are to keep the guests happy, keep the drinks Italian, and keep the vino flowing.
