Pancita is a Mexican Food Pop-up with a Chicana/Pacific NW perspective, and flavorful influences from Michoacán and Oaxaca. In addition to her creative and flavorful dishes, Chef Janet Becerra processes her own masa using traditional methods for enhanced flavor and nutrition. Her food is beautiful, fresh, and just plain delicious.
