Blend Blu (Blue Blend) is obtained from Correggiolo, Leccio del Corno, and Pendolino olives.
Tasting Notes: Intense golden-green color and a broad fruity aroma of green olives and botanical references with remarkable finesse. On the palate a fresh texture of herbaceous notes is supported by a relevant bitterness, it finishes in a long and balanced spiciness.
Food Pairings: This oil enhances the flavors of bruschetta, salads, raw and grilled vegetables, carpaccio, vegetable soups and is excellent on grilled game meats.
Palazzo di Varignana started growing olives in 2017. Currently, they cultivate 200 acres of olive groves with a focus on rescuing and cultivating Emilia-Romagna historical olive cultivars - Ghiacciola, Nostrana di Brisighella and Correggiolo.
