GOCHUJJANG! is a small batch fermented Korean chili paste, crafted and aged in the PNW's temperate coastal climate. JJANG! offers Korean jangs rooted in family traditions and recipes. Mike Kim started JJANG! as a passion project and love letter to his identity, inherited knowledge, and community.

Three, unique batches are currently available – we encourage you to try them all, plus they make great gifts!

  • Batch 01 (nuttier & lighter, with notes of almond, goji berry, pink peppercorn)
  • Batch 02 (sweeter & richer, with notes of molasses, apricot, dark chocolate)
  • Batch 03 (more intense & spicier, with notes of blackberry, campfire, vanilla)
