Gluten-free Pasta


Our gluten-free pasta gets great reviews! Currently, we're offering Gluten-free* Tagliatelle. These long, traditional noodles of Emilia-Romagna are versatile and easy to cook. In Romagna, they are typically enjoyed with ragu bolognese but are also simply delightful tossed with our truffle butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

All of our pastas are made fresh by hand at la Spiga and then frozen for ultimate freshness.

Sold by the pound: 1 pound serves 2-4 people

Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (whole millet, teff, tapioca, sorghum, amaranth, cornstarch, cane sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt), eggs, extra virgin olive oil

* A note to those will severe reactions to gluten: While we cook our gluten-free pasta in a dedicated, separate pot, there are still ingredients containing gluten in our overall kitchen environment.
