We're excited to introduce our June Guest Chef:
Shaili Parekh – Earth and Spice
Inspired by flavors cherished in her childhood and her travels all over India, Shaili playfully reworks Indian classics into modern iterations brightened up by herbs, greens and flowers urban-foraged by the chef herself. Shaili incorporates her knowledge of herbalism and a love for utilizing what grows around her into her cooking style by reimagining traditional dishes.
