Ana Sainz is the Marketing Lead for Content and Projects at Metropolitan Market, where she likes to introduce customers not only to Mexican cuisine but to traditional food and the flavors from different parts of the world. Throughout her culinary career, she has shared her passion for the richness of Mexican gastronomy through recipe development, cooking classes and events. Notably, Ana had the honor to be the chef of the Mexican Consulate in Seattle, and she co-created the food business incubator, a 12-week program on how to start your own food business and collaborated with renowned restaurant consultants in the area.
