25 years ago, Chef Sabrina Tinsley and Pietro Borghesi opened Osteria la Spiga in a cozy space on Union & Broadway in Capitol Hill. The magical beginnings of the journey are still felt now in the continued mission of serving authentic Northern Italian cuisine in a welcoming space for our cherished community. We are grateful for the faithful and supportive group of people that we get to serve every night and consider it an honor to be such a beloved part of so many people's Seattle story.
