October 17 Livestream Cooking Class!

Chef Sabrina Tinsley is partnering with
Sound Excursions for another fun & interactive livestream pasta making class!

OCTOBER 17  |  5:00PM PST

How does it work?
Once you've registered, an ingredient box with everything you'll need for the class will be delivered right to your door.* At 5PM on October 17, you'll tune in for the livestream class and cook along with Chef Sabrina from your own kitchen! This will be a fun, interactive event, so you can ask questions along the way. Sabrina will be joined by the talented (and hilarious) Chef "WhereYaAtMatt" Lewis, so get ready to be entertained while also learning something!

Also available on demand:
If you want to participate, but cannot make the the livestream event, you can still order your ingredient box and watch the event on demand at your convenience!

What you'll be cooking:
Tagliolini alla Boscaiola - Tagliolini noodles with sausage, locally foraged mushrooms and cream. A real crowd-pleasing dish you'll want to make again and again!

What else is in the box?
Your box will also contain other yummies, like a Crostini Kit; a Spinach & Pear Salad Kit with toasted pumpkin seeds, pecorino fresco and lemon citronette, and Panna Cotta with mixed berries for dessert. Don't worry…the dessert comes pre-made so you can just enjoy it. You'll have the option to add a bottle of perfectly paired wine to make it extra special.
