What's inside?

Antipasti:
prosciutto di parma, tomino sott'olio (soft cow's milk cheese), eggplant with salsa verde, ciabatta

Pasta: Cappelletti in Brodo
cappelletti–hand folded pasta–filled with pork and capon, served in a rich broth of mixed meats

Entree: Bollito Misto
an array of rich, succulent meats, including pork shoulder, ox tongue, beef chuck, cotechino, and capon

Sides:
lentils, mashed potatoes, salsa verde, salsa piccante, peperonata

Dessert:
panetone bread pudding

Wine: your kit will be complete with a bottle of wine chosen by our sommelier – just choose between red, white or sparkling
