  • BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY PARTY AT LA SPIGA!

    Have a fabulous party at la Spiga! We can accommodate 50 guests in our lofty mezzanine, and up to 250 guests for a full or partial buy-out. In addition to our rustically elegant ambience, your guests will delight in northern Italian cuisine, artfully prepared by award-winning Chef Sabrina Tinsley, and she and her team will work with you to create a wonderful and memorable event.

  • JOIN US FOR WEEKEND BRUNCH!

    La Spiga opened for weekend brunch on October 20th!  You’ll find things like brioche french toast, Italian-style egg plates, signature pasta dishes and more. Brunch is served Sat–Sun from 10am - 2pm. Check out the menu here.

  • PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA MEDIA EVENT

    La Spiga and representatives from the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma hosted serveral members of the media for a fun event to learn all about, you guessed it, Prosciutto! The attendees were also treated to a cooking lesson on how to make cappelletti, and all got to enjoy several tasty items highlighting one of Parma's most famous exports.

  • CHEF SABRINA MENTORS ASPIRING CULINARY PROFESSIONALS

    Chef Sabrina Tinsley donated her time as a mentor for FareStart's terrific apprentice program, and she and her special dish (Gnocchetti alla Boscaiola - ricotta gnocchi with sausage, mushroom, peas & cream) were featured as "Maslow's Meal" at FareStart's restaurant, Maslow's Seattle last month.

  • CHEF SABRINA & SISTER COMPETE IN GUY'S GROCERY GAMES!

    The Tinsley Chefs, Sabrina and Sachia, compete for $20,000 in Guy's Grocery Games! In this "Siblings Duo" Guy Fieri invited 2 teams of chef-siblings to compete in  games to test their culinary skills. Quick thinking, frantic shopping, and fast-paced cooking are all on display in this fun show. Watch it here!
