With a passion for hospitality and a thirst for knowledge, Dominic has worked almost every aspect of the service industry since he was a teenager (dishwasher, fry cook, barista, cheese monger, bouncer, bartender, and more!). Along the way, he fell in love with the proper Italian way of eating and drinking. From the food to the wine to the amari to the grappa, he loves and studies it all. He is in the process of getting his Italian Wine Scholar certification and is currently studying to get his Certified Sommelier pin, which he plans to get in March of 2019. As la Spiga’s Bar Manager, his goals are to keep the guests happy, keep the drinks Italian, and keep the vino flowing.
