Mother's Day High Tea Virtual Event


Sound Excursions has put together an all star team for their first ever High Tea! Join Chef Matt Lewis (Where Ya At Matt), Chef Sabrina Tinsley (Osteria la Spiga) + Sabrina's Mom, Deborah Tinsley, and Sister, Sachia Tinsley (Peyrassol Café) for this virtual event!

The Chefs have made things easy by preparing a lot of the elements ahead of time and they can't wait to be back in the kitchen with you! Matt, Sabrina, Deborah & Sachia are so excited for this class that they're bringing out some special family recipes! If you're in the mood for cocktails, Erik Hakkinen of Roquette has designed a special recipe for The Grey Garden cocktail with Korbel California Champagne and Chambord Liqueur that Chef Matt will teach you how to make! 

Throughout this experience you'll enjoy a selection of Smith Teas, black currant orange scones with lemon curd, cucumber sandwiches, Creole egg salad sandwiches, smoked salmon sandwiches, meringues, strawberry crepes and a special dessert from Deborah Tinsley herself! 

Join us for a healthy mix of recipes from scratch and simple assembly of beautiful prepared ingredients where you can interact with Chef Matt, Chef Sabrina & her family and receive realtime answers to any questions you have while in the kitchen. 

This experience will be live streamed on Saturday, May 8 at 3:00 PM PT. If you cannot attend the livestream experience, the video will be made available for you to watch on-demand. The livestream is expected to be 1.5 hours in length.
