Chef Sabrina Selected as CEIP Participant!

We're so excited that our Executive Chef, Sabrina Tinsley, has been chosen as one of only 18 participants for the Culinary Enrichment and Innovation Program (CEIP), a collaboration between The Culinary Institute of America and Hormel Foods! This elite, small group of chefs will learn about new trends, world cuisines, ethical responsibilities related to health & wellness, and more in the ever-changing foodservice industry. The program consists of 3 days of intensive study in 3 different intervals at the Culinary Institute's campuses in Napa, CA, San Antonio, TX, and New York, NY!
