Osteria la Spiga has always prided itself with being a very authentic Italian restaurant. We change our menu seasonally so, naturally, we are going into our winter menu. I come from Emilia Romagna--my mother from Parma, more generations than you can count; my father from the border of Romagna and Toscana, Bagno di Romagna (my grandfather was from Sansepolcro, in the Arezzo province). All the food made at la Spiga comes from these two influences; Toscano-Romagnola and Emiliana.
